Municipal sitework for a Houston fire station project — clearing, grading, and drilled foundation piers on an active corner lot beside an occupied facility.

Project Scope.

This municipal project put us on a tight corner site next to an occupied building and a live intersection: clearing and grading the lot, then drilling the foundation pier layout that the new structure will bear on. Public work carries its own standard — utility coordination, inspections, and traffic-aware staging — and our team managed all of it while keeping the adjacent facility fully operational.
